- Preliminary provisions
1.1 General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales transactions concluded by the following entities Lumigny Safari Reserve with non-professionals in travel. Depending on the type of product sold, special conditions apply. Lumigny Safari Reserve sells tickets, products and services. These general conditions and the special conditions applicable depending on the product sold are an integral part of the sales contract. They come into force on 10/03/2019 and cancel and replace any other terms of sale previously distributed.
1.2 Capacity
Every customer of the SAS Le Parc des Félins acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the terms of sale presented hereinafter, that is to say being of legal age and not being under guardianship or curatorship. Every customer of the SAS Le Parc des Félins acknowledges having read these terms of sale before placing their order. Therefore, placing an order entails their full acceptance of the general and special terms and conditions of sale of the SAS Le Parc des Félins and their unreserved acceptance of all their provisions.
1.3 Price display
All prices are displayed in Euros. VAT is always included.
1.4 Visit guarantee
Lumigny Safari Reserve is open on the following dates. If certain parts of Lumigny Safari Reserve were not visible (e.g. due to work), this partial closure would be announced before checkout and cannot give rise to any refund.
1.5 Data Protection
In accordance with Law 78-17 known as Data Protection, customers are informed that their order is subject to computerized personal data processing. The right of access and correction guaranteed by law is exercised with the SAS Le Parc des Félins at their registered office.
1.6 Internal regulations
In each establishment of SAS Le Parc des Félins, the Internal Regulations are freely available for consultation. In case of non-compliance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations or the Evacuation Plan, staff are authorized to proceed with the expulsion of any offender without any recourse. Customers expelled in this context cannot in any way obtain a refund of the Services.
1.7 Claims
Any incident occurring on the sites of SAS Le Parc des Félins and which may engage their Liability must be reported to the site reception services on the same day as the incident. Any other complaint must be addressed within 15 days following the subject of the complaint; All complaints must be addressed to info@lumigny-safari-reserve.com or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to: Lumigny Safari Reserve – La Fortelle 77540 Lumigny Nesles Ormeaux, shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
1.8 Disputes
In case of dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent court will be that of the location of SAS Le Parc des Félins.

1.9 Safety instructions for Trans’félins, 3D Cinema, and immersive enclosures.
Each visitor must familiarize themselves with the safety conditions before accessing each of the activities offered by SAS Le Parc des Félins.
1.9.1 SAS Parc des Félins declines all responsibility in case of loss of objects in the Parks or during activities offered by SAS Le Parc des Félins.
1.10 Use of photos and videos:
Filming or photography for private use is free. Filming or photography for professional use is prohibited without prior written authorization from management. In the case of films or photographs taken by the teams of Lumigny zoological parks, written consent will be requested from the participant and the accompanying person for the distribution and use of the images.

2.1 Ticket purchase
2.1.1 Ticket purchase is made at the Lumigny Safari Reserve ticket offices, located at 77540 Lumigny.
2.1.2 Ticket purchase is made on the website www.lumigny-safari-reserve.com, Each coded ticket (eticket) is equipped with a barcode or QR code allowing access to the event for a single spectator. In case of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will be able to access the event. The buyer remains responsible for the use made of e-tickets. An identity document may be requested from them.
2.1.2.1 Ticket printing and validity conditions: This ticket is only valid for the season corresponding to the calendar year of ticket purchase, if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides, without modification of the print size in portrait format (vertical) with an inkjet or laser printer; other media such as portable screen or mobile phone may be accepted Tickets must have good print quality or readability (barcode zoomed on screen). Tickets that are not readable on screen, broken or not bright enough, partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. In case of poor print quality, you must reprint your coded ticket again to have good print quality. 2.1.2.2 SAS Le Parc des Félins declines all responsibility for anomalies occurring during your ticket printing, or in case of breakage when the screen is voluntarily given to the entrance hostesses.
2.1.2.3 Ticket use and validity: The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, following the date of receipt of the ticket, any return by mail will be at the customer’s expense. However, the law a priori excludes any provision of leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or period. Indeed, this provision is stated in article L.212-21-8 of the consumer code which excludes from the right of withdrawal contracts concluded at a distance which concern a provision of activities to be provided on a specific date or period. Any product returned damaged cannot be refunded. This single-use ticket is not exchangeable. It is personal and non-transferable. During checks at the entrance to Lumigny Safari Reserve, an official identity document that is valid and current with a photo may be requested to identify the ticket buyer (passport, driving license, identity card or residence permit). This coded ticket is only valid for a single entry to Lumigny Safari Reserve with or without the Terre de Singes option and during the validity period ending on the last day of opening of the calendar year of ticket purchase. In other cases, this ticket will not be valid. You must keep this document for the entire duration of your stay at Lumigny Safari Reserve. In case of loss or theft, SAS Le Parc des Félins declines all responsibility for the unlawful use of this ticket.
2.1.3 Annual subscription
The purchase of an annual subscription is made at the Lumigny Safari Reserve ticket office. The annual subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2.2 Effect of the Order
The Order is firm and final for the Customer, who can only cancel or modify it under the conditions provided for in the Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Prices
2.3.1 The prices of Services are indicated on the Lumigny Safari Reserve brochures and/or on its Website. They are expressed in euros and inclusive of VAT.
2.3.2 They do not include the personal expenses of Customers within Lumigny Safari Reserve, educational activities or restaurants (including meals).
2.3.4 When the price is conditioned by the age of children, the age of children on the first day of the execution of the Services is taken into account. Proof of the age of children may be requested at any time by Lumigny Safari Reserve staff; in the absence of presentation of such proof, the adult rate will be applied. Similarly, any beneficiary of a reduced rate may be asked to provide proof of eligibility.
2.3.5 Group rates and free admissions are those indicated on the brochures, quotes, and websites of SAS Le Parc des Félins. Rates are conditioned by the age of adult and child visitors on the first day of the execution of the Services is taken into account, free admissions are provided depending on the number of visitors per age group.
2.4 Conditions of Services
Access titles are either subject to an expiration date and valid only for the period they mention (period ticket), or valid on the date indicated on the ticket (dated ticket).
3 SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUP CATERING
3.1 Preliminary conditions:
3.1.1 Meal vouchers
Meal vouchers are valid at the various catering points of Lumigny Safari Reserve. It is up to the customer to choose the face value of the meal vouchers from those offered, as well as the desired quantity. Meal vouchers are cumulative. No change given. Access to parks is mandatory.
3.1.2 Picnic baskets are collected at the time previously defined by the customer. The picnic basket is identical for everyone. Access to parks is mandatory.
3.1.3 Group menus
They apply for a minimum of 20 people and only at lunch. They are the subject of a quote and a contract established between the two parties. Identical menu for the entire group to be chosen and communicated at least 15 days before the date of the service.
3.2 Services included in the package
Only the services explicitly mentioned in the Order or Reservation Form are part of the package. The number of meals depends on the number of people indicated on the latest quote.
3.3 Reservation conditions
To guarantee the reservation, the sum corresponding to 30% of the quote is requested as a deposit (in case of cancellation, at the latest 15 days before the date of the service, the entire amount paid is refunded to the Customer). Special rates: Rates subject to special rules, such as supplements, are provided for information purposes. If a change were to affect the amount of these rates, we would inform the Customer before confirming their order. (Cork fee €6 TTC per bottle, Cake fee €5 TTC per serving).
3.4 Cancellation at the customer’s request
Any cancellation must be addressed to Lumigny Safari Reserve by registered mail or by Email, with the quote number. This cancellation must take place at the latest 8 business days before the scheduled day. The date of receipt of the Email or registered mail will be the date retained for cancellation. Non-compliance by the Customer with the schedule will be considered by Lumigny Safari Reserve as a cancellation requested by the Customer without compliance with the conditions of form specified above. Cancellation penalties will therefore be retained or deducted, which are broken down as follows:
At the latest 15 days before arrival -> Refund of the deposit
From 15 to 8 day(s) before arrival -> the amount of the deposit will be retained (30% of the latest quote)
From 7 to 1 day(s) before arrival -> The total amount of the latest quote will be required.
Cancellation on the day of arrival or non-appearance -> The total amount of the latest quote will be required.
Final numbers expected must be communicated at the latest 5 business days before the date of the visit. A lower number of participants on the day of the service cannot give rise to a refund of meals and entries reserved.
3.5 Payment methods
Lumigny Safari Reserve accepts cards from the Carte Bleue, Amex, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard networks, as well as checks and vacation checks (ANCV). Cash is only accepted for payments made on site.
4.6 Modification of type of additional services
We will endeavor to accept modification requests for type/service as much as possible. No fees will be charged for any modification of type or services for a reservation amount greater than the reservation amount before modification. Only the supplement corresponding to the chosen service will be charged.
