For the enjoyment and safety of each visitor, compliance with the conditions of visit set out in this internal regulations is mandatory

Article 1: Scope of Application
Entering the premises of Lumigny Zoological Parks, whether in a group or individually, necessarily implies, without reservation, acceptance of all the provisions of this regulations.
In case of non-compliance with one or more of these requirements, the Management is entitled to invite any offender to leave the park premises immediately and without compensation.
Furthermore, the park disclaims all responsibility in case of damage, of any kind whatsoever, to property or persons, which would result from non-compliance with this regulations.

Article 2: Implementation of these Regulations
The implementation of this regulations is ensured by authorized personnel to enforce its provisions by giving instructions to visitors. In case of non-compliance with these and in particular when the observed breaches endanger the safety of property and persons, the park staff will assess the opportunity to proceed with the expulsion of the offender(s).

INSTRUCTIONS APPLICABLE TO VISITORS

Article 3: Circulation
Within the park, visitors are requested to circulate only in the public pathways of the park. In this regard, visitors are requested to respect access restrictions to areas protected by a fence, barrier, chain, gate or any other protection indicating that it is an area not accessible to the public or bearing the mention « forbidden » or « private ». Visitors are also invited to respect all safety signage.

Article 4: Children
The park management strongly recommends that parents do not leave their children without the supervision of an adult. Failing this, the park’s responsibility cannot be engaged.
During their visit, as a family or in a group, children remain under the exclusive care of their parents and/or companions, who are requested to ensure continuous supervision.

Article 5: Dress Code and Behavior
Visitors are requested to maintain proper attire throughout their stay in the park: they must also refrain from circulating bare-chested and in general, from offending by their attire or behavior, modesty and good morals.
Furthermore, visitors must not disturb the peace of other visitors by adopting hostile or excessive behavior. Park staff are responsible for ensuring this, possibly at the request of other visitors.
As such, it is strictly forbidden for visitors to:
Attempt to excite or frighten the animals present throughout the park;
Feed and touch animals present in the immersion enclosures;
Leave the visiting trails or climb over safety railings;
Climb or scale decorative elements such as statues, rocks, benches, logs, etc.;
Damage vegetation (leaves, branches, flowers);
Throw objects on the ground or at animals;
Smoke or vape inside the immersion enclosures;
Introduce food or beverages into the immersion enclosures;
Use a sound-emitting device within the park (whistle, radio, loudspeaker, etc.);
Introduce balls, balloons or other outdoor games;
Introduce any bicycle, scooter, etc. within the park premises;
Make films and photographs for professional use without authorization from the management.
As Lumigny Safari Reserve is not a place of worship, prayers are not authorized within the domain (parking included)

Article 6: Animals
Access to the park is forbidden to any pet (dog, cat, etc.). Access is possible for guide dogs for the blind only outside the immersion enclosures (no entry into the macaque enclosure and the psittacid aviary).

Article 7: Parking
Parking is at the risk and peril of vehicle owners. The park cannot in any way be held responsible for damage suffered by vehicles that is not its fault. The park recommends that visitors verify that their vehicle is properly locked. It is strongly advised not to leave valuables in it.

Article 8: SANCTIONS AND APPEALS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
In case of non-compliance by the public with the provisions of the internal regulations or emergency plans, authorized personnel of the establishment may have law enforcement officers proceed with the expulsion of offenders, to the extent that the latter have refused to voluntarily leave the establishment.

Article 9: PICNICKING IS AUTHORIZED WITHIN THE PARK
Adequate spaces and lawns are provided for this purpose.
Please respect the cleanliness of the park and do not throw papers or cigarette butts on the ground.
Please use the trash cans.
